About Russell
Four decades of business experience.
Russell is a business management consultant, coach and founder of SHIFFT. His career spans more than 40 years of work with family businesses, private enterprises, industry organisations, corporate clients and government.
His experience covers manufacturing, food processing, horticulture, professional services and other sectors. He is comfortable working directly with an owner or facilitating a discussion with a leadership team.
Russell is based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast and works with businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
