Common questions

Practical questions about coaching

How much does business coaching cost?

Single-owner coaching is A$2,000 per month plus GST. Multi-owner coaching starts at A$3,000 per month plus GST for two owners. Each additional owner is A$1,000 per month plus GST. The agreed scope is documented before you start.

What is cascaded planning?

It connects strategic direction to an annual operating plan, 90-day priorities, monthly commitments and weekly actions. Responsibilities and measures then cascade to teams and individuals so everyone can see how their work contributes.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

Coaching runs on a monthly retainer, payable monthly in advance. There is no fixed term. Two months’ notice applies if you choose to finish the engagement.

Does coaching include leadership development?

Yes. Owner leadership development is one of the two core pillars. Coaching can address decision-making, delegation, communication, accountability and how you lead your business as it grows.

Are Strategy Days included?

Annual planning and quarterly planning updates are part of the coaching rhythm. A dedicated facilitated Strategy Day or larger team workshop can be arranged. Its scope and fee are agreed separately where it sits outside your coaching arrangements.

Can coaching be delivered remotely?

Yes. Coaching and Momentum Calls can use Zoom, Teams or phone. In-person planning and workshops can be discussed to suit your location and needs.

Are the books and journals the coaching programme?

They are supporting resources. Russell selects useful tools around your business priorities and development needs. The coaching relationship, planning, leadership development and accountability define the programme.

What happens on the first call?

A short introductory conversation explores your goals, current challenges and whether there is a good fit. You can then discuss a tailored programme and its investment before deciding to proceed.
